FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Includes:

  • Free delivery to your United States address

  • Tracking number provided with all orders

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on:

We are not liable for delays caused by:

    Your order will be shipped via an international logistics network. Actual carrier may vary based on routing and destination. Tracking will be provided via email.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed once your item ships.

 


 

FAST DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to:

Option 1: Refund or Replacement

  • Request a full refund, OR

  • Request a replacement item shipped at no cost to you

To claim:

  2. Provide proof of the original order date

  3. We will process your claim within 5 business days

 


 

PACKAGE LOST OR DAMAGED

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will:

Lost Package

  • Investigate the claim with the carrier

  • Provide you with a full refund once the claim is confirmed, OR

  • Replace your item at no cost to you

What you need to provide:

  • Original order confirmation

  • Proof of delivery attempt (if applicable)

  • Photos if the package is damaged

Damaged Items

  • If the item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at zacecom1@gmail.com

  • Provide photos of the damage

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

  • We will arrange return postage if needed

Timeline: Claims are investigated within 5-10 business days. Replacement or refund processed within 10 business days of claim approval.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • Use this to monitor your delivery with the carrier

  • Tracking is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Delivery is available to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Washington, D.C.
  • U.S. territories (where supported by the shipping carrier)

We cannot deliver to:

  • PO Boxes (unless supported by the selected shipping carrier)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (unless specifically offered at checkout)
  • International addresses outside the United States

If you require delivery outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order.


 

RISK OF LOSS

Once we hand your package to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you

  • We are not liable for delays or loss during transit (unless caused by our negligence)

  • We recommend tracking your package and providing a signature on delivery for high-value items

 



RETURNS SHIPPING

For Change of Mind Returns

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • Use tracked shipping

  • Include your order number in the parcel

For Faulty or Damaged Items

  • We cover all return postage costs

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label if possible

FREE RETURNS WITHIN 90 DAYS

Extended Return Window

While our standard change of mind return period is 30 days, we offer an extended return window of 90 days from delivery for unopened, unused items.

90-Day Returns:

  • Must be unopened and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging required

  • You pay return shipping

  • We refund within 5 business days of receipt and inspection

 


 

SHIPPING COSTS AT CHECKOUT

Free Shipping applies to:

  • All orders within United States

  • Standard delivery (8-13 business days) However, estimated days can vary on your location and customs processing.

Shipping is NOT free if you:

  • Require signature on delivery

  • Request a faster shipping method

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties or customs fees.

If an order is shipped from an international warehouse, it may be subject to U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements. Any applicable:

  • Taxes or other government charges

are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are:

  • Your responsibility to pay
  • Assessed by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier, not by us
  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Collected by the carrier or customs authority when applicable

We are not responsible for customs processing delays or any import-related fees

 


DELAYED DELIVERY COMPENSATION

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated business days (and not due to events beyond our control):

You are entitled to:

  • A refund of the shipping cost (if not free shipping), OR

  • A full refund if you no longer want the item
